Michael Aakre - Schafer Shovel Lineman of the Game

by NAL Media

And the Schafer Shovel goes to..
Michael Aakre!
When you score on each of your first 5 possessions, the O-Line clearly understands the assignment. And for East Helena, their line made it look easy for quarterback Bearek Shuman.
“He doesn’t let me get sacked. No pressures either”, Shuman said when asked who he picked to get the shovel. As for what Aakre does well on the line? “Everything” according to the QB.
Diggin’ trenches and burying bodies on the line, that’s what gets your initials on the shovel!
Congratulations Michael, your Schulte’s Schafer Shovel Lineman of the Game!
